摘要
目的:探讨影响产后出血的相关因素及临床防治方法。方法:产后出血产妇40例作为研究对象(观察组),按照1:1比例选择产后出血产妇顺位下一位正常分娩产妇作为对照人群(对照组),观察两组孕产妇年龄、孕周、心理反应、经产妇、人流史、妊娠期高血压疾病、剖宫产等方面差异,并进行统计学处理。结果:观察组年龄(30.87±4.22)岁、不良心理反应45.00%、经产妇30.00%、人流史32.50%、妊娠期高血压疾病15.00%、剖宫产77.50%高于对照组的(28.02±3.36)岁、25.00%、12.50%、10.00%、2.50%、45.00%(P<0.05),为影响产后出血的相关因素;两组年龄孕周(38.31±1.53)周VS(38.40±1.49)周无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:产后出血发生率较高,影响多种多样,应针对不同原因进行相应处理,并且应做好产妇的产前宣教工作产前检查、严格掌握剖宫产指征等方法降低产后出血的发生。
Objective:To investigate the related factors of postpartum hemorrhage and its clinical prevention and treatment. Methods:40 cases with postpartum hemorrhage were(observation group) as the research object, according to the 1:1 ratio of postpartum hemorrhage were selected under a sequence of normal delivery as control group(control group), observation of two groups of maternal age, gestational age, mental reaction, multipara, history of abortion, pregnancy induced hypertension, cesarean section the differences were statistically. Results :The observation group, age(30.87±4.22)years old, adverse psychological reactions45.00%, multipara30.00%, abortion32.50%, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy15.00% cesarean section77.50% are higher than that of control group(28.02±3.36)years old、25.00%、12.50%、10.00%、2.50%、45.00%(P < 0.05), for the related factors of postpartum hemorrhage; two weeks gestation age group(38.31±1.53) VS(38.40±1.49) weeks without significant difference(P > 0.05).. Conclusion:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is high, influence of variety, should be processed according to the different reasons, examination, prenatal education and prenatal maternal work should be strict control of cesarean section indications and other methods to reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
