摘要
目的:分析超声乳化加人工晶体植入在葡萄膜炎并发白内障治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2016年2月～2017年2月收治的80例葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者。将80例患者分为两组,对比两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发病率。结果:实验组患者治疗有效患者有31例,有效率为97.5%,对照组患者治疗有效有23例,有效率为80%,实验组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05表示统计学有意义。结论:为葡萄膜炎并发白内障的患者采取超声乳化加人工晶体植入治疗,能够提高患者治疗效果,降低临床不良反应的发病率。
Objective: To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of uveitis complicated with cataract. Methods: Eighty patients with uveitis complicated with cataract admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. Eighty patients were divided into two groups, the treatment effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental group of patients with effective treatment of patients with 31 cases, the effective rate was 97.5%, the control group of patients with effective treatment of 23 cases, the effective rate was 80%, the experimental group was significantly higher than the effective rate of treatment, P <0.05 statistical Learning makes sense.
