摘要
目的:对多中心肿瘤患者非计划更换床单位的相关因素进行分析,针对多中心肿瘤患者非计划更换床单位的主要原因采取相应的护理措施。方法:选取我院肿瘤中心2015年10月至2016年10月收治的各类肿瘤患者400例,对其在我院肿瘤中心治疗期间非计划更换床单位的次数及相关原因进行调查分析。结果:治疗原因(副反应、操作污染或留置管道等)以及患者自身原因(生活污染、心理原因和肿瘤分泌物等)是引致非计划更换床单元的主要原因,而舒适度原因和护理人员操作不当等因素也是其中的部分原因。在治疗原因中,副反应是引致非计划更换床单元的主要因素,而生活污染则是患者自身原因中的主要因素。同时,治疗原因、患者自身原因和舒适度原因还可引致多次非计划更换床单位。结论:通过分析,我们找到了引起非计划更换床单位的主要因素。根据这些因素制定相应的护理措施,将有助于提高临床护理工作的效率。
Objective: To analyze the related factors of unplanned replacement of bed unit in patients with multicentric tumors, in order to propose practical nursing measures. Methods: 400 cases of tumor patients with unplanned replacement of bed unit in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were collected. Analysis was performed to find out the related factors. Results: Therapeutic reasons including side effects, operative contaminations and pipes, and the patient individual reasons including daily contaminations, mental reasons, and tumor secretions, are the major factors leading to the unplanned replacement of bed unit. Discomfort and improper nursing operation were also common reasons. Among the therapeutic reasons, side effect was the main reason, while daily contamination was the most common reason in the patient individual reasons. Meanwhile, therapeutic reasons, patient individual reasons and discomfort resulted in multiple unplanned replacements of bed unit. Conclusion: We identified the major factors that resulted in unplanned replacement of bed unit in nursing for the tumor patients. Nursing procedures targeting these factors will be helpful to improve the efficiency of the nursing intervention in clinical.
