摘要
目的:分析巴南区鱼洞街道2016年2919例65岁以上老年人体检中腹部B超结果。方法:选择2016年巴南区鱼洞街道接受基本公共卫生服务免费体检项目的 65岁以上社区老年人,对健康检查中的腹部B超结果进行分析。结果:本次对社区65岁以上老年人的腹部B超结果显示,出现异常的有1546例,其中主要包括脂肪肝、肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、胆囊息肉、胆囊结石等,性别以及年龄差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在健康体检中,应该重视腹部B超的应用,加强老年人肝胆疾病和泌尿系统疾病的筛查,改善生存质量。
Objective: To analyze the results of abdominal ultrasonography in 2919 cases of Elderly people aged over 65 years in 2016 years. METHODS: Twenty-six years old children aged over 65 years who received basic medical services for basic public health services were surveyed in 2016 years. The results of abdominal B-ultrasonography were analyzed. Results: This study showed that there were 1546 cases of abortion in the abdomen of the elderly over 65 years old, including fatty liver, hepatic hemangioma, hepatic cyst, renal cyst, gallbladder polyps, gallstones, sex and so on. The age difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion: In healthy examination, we should pay attention to the application of abdominal B-mode, strengthen the elderly liver and gallbladder disease and urinary system diseases screening, improve the quality of life.
