摘要
目的:探讨整体护理干预对鼻内镜下治疗慢性鼻窦炎息肉的临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年8月我院接受鼻内镜治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者84例为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,干预组患者在接受鼻内镜治疗的同时给予整体护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,对比两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度,并对比治疗前后生活质量评分、鼻部症状视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:与对照组对比,干预组患者的临床总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,干预组与对照组患者的生活治疗评分明显升高,VAS评分明显降低,且治疗后干预组患者的生活治疗评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组对比,干预组患者的护理满意度明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理干预能够明显提高鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效,并可有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the treatment of chronic sinusitis and polyps under nasal endoscope.Methods From July 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital received endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in 84 cases l group were givenwo groups satisfaction and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared, nasal symptoms, alogue scale(VAS).Results Compared with the control group, the intereased(P<0.05); control group, VAS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); compared with the control group, intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing care was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervene of patients.
