摘要
目的:探讨血液透析中心静脉导管常见并发症差生原因以及预防护理措施,以便可以有效降低中心静脉置管并发症的发生。方法:选取我院于2015年2月到2017年2月期间需要接受血液透析留置中心静脉导管的肾内科患者200例作为研究研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,探讨留置中心静脉导管并发症的发生原因,提出针对实际需要提出合理的护理措施。结果:200例患者中导管堵塞16例,局部出血或血肿16例,局部感染13例,脱管10例,导管尖端贴壁9例。不同穿刺静脉置管的并发症发生率也是不同的,股静脉及颈内静脉穿刺占66.7%。结论:对于血液透析的中心静脉导管患者发生并发症的风险是可以预见的,针对患者的实际情况及时采取有效的预防和护理可以减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To investigate the common complications of the central venous catheter in hemodialysis, the causes of poor students and the preventive nursing measures, so as to effectively reduce the complications of central venous catheterization. Methods: in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 during the period of dialysis indwelling central venous catheter in Department of nephrology in 200 patients as the research object, carries on the review analysis, the reasons of the occurrence of complications of central venous catheter, put forward reasonable nursing measures according to the actual need. Results: in 200 cases, 16 cases were blocked, 16 cases were local hemorrhage or hematoma, 13 cases were local infection, 10 cases took off tube, 9 cases with catheter tip sticking. The incidence of complications in different venipuncture catheters was different, and femoral vein and jugular vein puncture accounted for 66.7%. Conclusion: the risk of complications in hemodialysis patients with central venous catheter is predictable, and effective prevention and care can reduce the occurrence of complications according to the patient’s actual situation.
