摘要
目的:探讨精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2015年1月至2016年6月的神经内科患者60例,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用精细化管理,对照组则采用常规护理方法。记录两组患者的治疗效果(并发症、意外事件发生率),让两组患者对护理人员的操作技能、服务态度以及健康教育和护理工作满意度进行评分。结果:对比两组患者两组护理方式对应的并发症和意外事件出现率,观察组优于对照组,对比两组患者对服务态度、操作技术、护理工作的满意度,观察组亦优于对照组,两组患者组间差异较大,具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将精细化管理应用在神经内科护理管理工作中,能够明显提高患者对护理工作的满意度,并且有助于提升护患关系,值得将其推广。
Objective:to explore the fine management in the application of nerve internal medicine nursing management effect. Selection methods:in our hospital between January 2015 and June 2016 of neurology patients with 60 cases, patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Observation group USES the fine management, the control group, the conventional nursing methods. Record the curative effect of two groups of patients(incidence of complications and accidents), two groups of patients to nursing staff in the operation skills, service attitude, as well as health education and nursing satisfaction rate. Results:compared two groups of two groups of patients with nursing mode corresponds to the rate of complications and accidents occur, observation group is better than that of control group, compared two groups of patients to the service attitude, technology operation and nursing job satisfaction, observation group is better than the control group, the differences between the two group patients, has obvious statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion:applying the elaborating management in nerve internal medicine nursing management work, can significantly improve patients satisfaction of nursing work, and help improve relations between nurses and patients, is worth to promote it.
