摘要
目的:探究腹泻患儿通过双歧杆菌活菌与蒙脱石散联合治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的腹泻患儿80例,且均在2014年1月-2016年6月入院,依随机分组标准分为观察组(40人)和对照组(40人)。对照组治疗方法为蒙脱石散治疗,观察组患儿在蒙脱石散治疗的基础上联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗。从临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生及平均观观时间、止泻时间、住院治疗时间方面入手,针对相关内容进行分析。结果:对照组治疗总有效率(77.5%)比观察组(92.5%)低(P<0.05);针对不良反应发生情况,观察组发生率(7.5%)与对照组发生率(5%)相比无明显差异(P>0.05);在平均观观时间、止泻时间、住院治疗时间方面,观察组患儿均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹泻患儿通过双歧杆菌活菌与蒙脱石散联合治疗后所存在的应用价值显著,在提高治疗效果的同时,不良反应发生率较低,且患儿观观时间、止泻时间、住院治疗时间明显缩短,存在一定推广价值。

Conclusion: Children with diarrhea by Bifidobacterium live bacteria and the application value of Montmorillonite powder joint after treatment significantly,to improve the treatment effect at the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions was low, children with fever time, antidiarrheal time, hospitalization time significantly shorten, there is a certain promotion value.
