成都市0~24月龄儿童食物过敏流行病学调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的:了解成都市城区0~24月龄儿童食物过敏的现状、常见症状及过敏原,为食物过敏的早期诊断、治疗及预防提供参考。方法:以2014年9月至2015年3月在成都市五城区社区进行健康体检的786例0~24月龄儿童为研究对象,使用问卷调查、皮肤点刺试验(SPT)作为初步筛查,并以食物激发试验(OFC)进行确诊。结果:1、成都市婴幼儿食物过敏在0-24月的患病率为8.8%,且1岁以下食物过敏发生率明显高于1岁后。2、成都市2岁以下儿童食物过敏中最常见致敏原为牛奶和蛋清;由2种及以上食物所致过敏的患儿为30例(占3.8%)。3、在确诊人数中有84.0%儿童出现以皮肤表现为主的过敏反应;其次为消化道症状,占26.8%;出现多系统症状的儿童5例,占8.9%。结论:应加强对成都地区儿童,特别是1岁内儿童食物过敏的关注,除常见的食物过敏原及主要过敏症状外,还应关注其它致敏食物、多种致敏原及多系统过敏症状。 Objective:To estimate the prevalence of food hypersensitivity in 0-24 months old children in Chengdu. Methods:A cluster sample of 786 0-24 months old children that were randomly selected from subdistricts of Chengdu. Questionnaire and skin prick test were used as the elementary method to screen the subject, and open food challenge were done to confirm food hypersensitivity. Results: 1) 8.8% children of 0-24 months old had food hypersensitivity. 2) The most common two allergens of allergic children were milk and white egg, 3.8% of children had multiple allergens. 3) The most common clinical manifestations of food hypersensitivity was skin symptom. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the food hypersensitivity in Chengdu city.
