摘要
目的:分析血清乙肝两对半采用ELISA法(酶联免疫吸附法)检测的相关影响因素。方法:以我院2016年1月-2016年7月期间1587例行乙型肝炎两对半检测的患者作为本次研究的对象,回顾性分析样本的采集及检测过程,并对检测过程中影响检测结果的因素进行总结。结果:总结1587例行乙型肝炎检测两对半的影响因素包括:试剂的选择、样本的储存、检测操作流程是否规范等。结论:为确保ELISA检测血清乙肝两对半的准确性,检验人员在检测样本时,需严格遵从检测的相关流程,规范操作,做好实验的准备工作,尽量控制外界因素影响实验结果的准确性,以便临床进行参考。
Objective: to analyze the serum hepatitis B two pairs of semi by ELISA method(ELISA) to detect related factors. Methods: to our hospital during January 2016-2016 July 1587 cases of hepatitis B two pairs of semi detection patients as the research object, reviews the acquisition and detection process of the sample, and the factors affecting the test results in the process of detection were summarized. Results: the impact factors including 1587 cases of hepatitis B test summary: two on the choice of reagents, sample storage, inspection operation process is standardized.Conclusion: in order to ensure the accuracy of detection of serum hepatitis B ELISA two on the inspection personnel in the samples and related processes, to strictly comply with the detection standard operation, make preparations for the experiment, try to control the accuracy of the experimental results of the impact of external factors to clinical reference.
