摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低桡动脉置管并发症发生率中的作用和意义。方法:纳入46例于2014年1月-2014年12月在中国人民解放军总医院呼吸科监护室使用桡动脉置管的患者为常规护理组,纳入48例于2015年2月-2016年1月在中国人民解放军总医院呼吸科监护室使用桡动脉置管的患者为实施品管圈管理组。比较两组桡动脉置管并发症发生率是否存在统计学差异。结果:常规护理组并发症的发生率为19.57%,品管圈管理组并发症的发生率为2.08%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动可以降低桡动脉置管并发症发生率,规范桡动脉置管护理流程,提高护理工作质量。
Objective: To explore the function and significance of quality control circle in the incidence of radial artery catheter complications.Method:46 patients with radial artery catheter in the Chinese PLA general hospital respiratory care unit from January 2014 to December 2014 as routine nursing group; 48 patients with radial artery catheter in the Chinese PLA general hospital respiratory care unit from February 2015 to January 2016 as using quality control circle(QCC). Comparing the complication rate in the two groups, the difference whether has statistical significance.Result:The incidence of complication in routine nursing group was 19.57%, the incidence of complication in quality control circle group was 2.08%, the difference between the two group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using quality control circle can reduce the radial artery catheter complications,standardize the nursing process and improve the nursing quality.
