摘要
目的:探讨普外科手术切口感染的影响因素,对其进行分析并采取相应的护理对策。方法:选取我院普外科2013年4月-2015年3月收治的患者168例,对切口感染的发生率的影响因素进行分析,并针对相关因素采取对应的护理对策。结果:168例患者中发生手术切口感染17例,感染发生率10.12%。经logistic回归分析结果显示,手术时间长(OR=4.346)、年龄(OR=3.937)、手术切口长度(OR=5.375)、病房条件(OR=3.125)、基础疾病(OR=3.264),是切口感染的独立危险因素。结论:外科手术切口感染直接影响到手术的效果,其影响因素诸多,采取相应护理措施可以有效减低感染率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective:To explore the influence factors of incision infection in general surgery department and nursing countermeasures.Methods:168 cases of patients in general surgery department from April 2013 to March 2015 were selected, the influence factors of incision infection were analyzed,according to influence factors,corresponding nursing countermeasures were given to these patients. Results:in 168 cases of patients,17 cases were incision infection,infection rate was 10.12%.Logistic regression analysis showed,long operation time(OR=4.346), age(OR=3.937),incision length(OR=5.375),ward conditions(OR=3.125),basic diseases(OR=3.264),were independent risk factors for infection of incision.Conclusion: Surgical incision infection directly affect the effect of operation,there are many factors of incision infection,corresponding nursing countermeasures can effectively reduce the infection rate,promote the patient recover soon.
