摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤内科患者化疗期间PICC堵管情况,对其相关影响因素进行分析,并采取相应的护理对策。方法:随机选取我院肿瘤内科2013年10月-2015年9月期间,收治的肿瘤化疗行PICC置管患者529例,对导管堵管的发生率的相关影响因素进行分析,并采取对应的护理对策。结果:529例患者发生PICC堵管的73例,堵管发生率13.79%。经logistic回归分析显示,封管液选择不当(OR=1.345)、静脉血栓形成(OR=3.137)、导管维护不及时(OR=4.075)、用力咳嗽(OR=1.428)、手臂过度活动(OR=1.234)是发生PICC堵管的独立危险因素。结论:针对肿瘤内科患者化疗期间发生PICC堵管的相关因素,采取相应护理措施可以有效减低导管堵管率。
Objective:To explore related factors analysis and nursing countermeasure of patients with PICC catheter obstruction during chemotherapy in Oncology.Methods:529 patients were randomly selected in oncology from October 2013 to September 2015, who were treated by chemotherapy. Related factors of patients with PICC catheter obstruction during chemotherapy were analyzed and nursing countermeasure accordingly were put forward.Results:There were 73 cases of patients of with PICC catheter obstruction, incidence was 29.46%.Logistic regression analysis showed that improper choice of liquid seal tube(OR=1.345),venous thrombosis(OR=3.137),improper maintenance of catheter(OR=4.075),cough forcefully(OR=1.428),the arm excessive activity(OR=1.234)are independent risk factors for PICC catheter obstruction. Conclusion According to related factors of patients with PICC catheter obstruction during chemotherapy in Oncology,corresponding nursing countermeasure should be taken,to reduce the incidence of catheter obstruction.
