摘要
目的:探讨蒙脱石散剂联合奥美拉唑治疗儿童消化性溃疡的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年10月至2015年9月我院收治的消化性溃疡患儿104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例,对照组患儿采用奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组患儿采用蒙脱石散剂联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,疗程结束后对两组患儿治疗效果和生化指标进行比较。结果:观察组患儿治疗有效率92.31%明显高于对照组的65.38%,观察组患儿幽门螺旋杆菌清除率明显高于对照组,观察组血清IL-17、IL-25及胃泌素水平均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用蒙脱石散剂联合奥美拉唑治疗治疗儿童消化性溃疡,可显著提高愈合率和幽门螺杆菌根除率,治疗效果显著,临床上值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with omeprazole in the treatment of children with peptic ulcer.Methods: 104 cases of peptic ulcer from October 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 52 cases, control group patients using Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets treatment, observation group were treated with Smectite Powder Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets combined treatment,after treatment of the two groups in curative effect and biochemical indexes were compared.Results:the observation group with the effective rate of treatment 92.31% was significantly higher than the control group 65.38%,observation group with Helicobacter pylori clearance rate was significantly higher than the control group,the serum levels of IL-17, IL-25 and gastrin levels were better than the control group,the difference was with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:the use of montmorillonite powder combined with omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer in children, Can significantly improve the healing rate and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,the treatment effect is significant, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
