摘要
目的:探讨自我管理教育对门诊治疗过敏性鼻炎患者依从性的影响。方法:选:2014年6月-2015年6月我院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的过敏性鼻炎患者96例,使用计算机随机分为干预组和对照组,各48例,在常规治疗的基础上,观察组患者给予过敏性鼻炎健康教育,对照组患者在此基础上进行自我管理教育,6个月后比较两组患者自我管理能力。结果:6个月后,观察组患者自我护理能力评分显著高于对照组患者,具有更好的遵医依从性,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊治疗的敏性鼻炎患者进行自我管理教育可以有效提高患者自护能力,在治疗过程中充分发挥患者的主观能动性,对提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of self-management education in allergic rhinitis outpatients.Method:Collect 96 cases of allergic rhinitis outpatients in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015,randomly divided them into intervention group and control group,n= 48.Allergic rhinitis health education were given to patients in control group, on the basis of this, self-management education were given to patients in observation group,comparing self-management ability of patients in two groups after six months.Results:After 6 months, self-care ability scores of patients in observation group were significantly higher than that of patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of self-management education in allergic rhinitis outpatients,can effectively improve patients' self-management ability, it is of great significance to improve the life quality of patients.
