摘要
介绍海洋石油开发环境影响评价的任务、技术工作程序、关键技术及主要成果。
The technology study of environment impact assessment on offshore oil development started in 1987. According to the regulation of 《State Marine Environmental Protection Law》promulgated on August 1982, it must do the science survey on the marine environment before compiling the plan and assignment book. The marine environmental impact statement for these items onshore engineering and the offshore oil development, including the effective measure preventing from polluting the marine environment, must be submitted the related government agency to examine and approve. Thetas and technology work procedure and key technique of environmental impact assessment and main achievement obtained in items of offshore oil development and engineering for years are reviewed briefly in the following paper.
