摘要
从家族企业的发展阶段来看,家族企业在建立初期凭借其特有优势完成了原始积累,但随着企业规模扩大,暴露出许多问题,影响了其进一步的发展。因此,家族企业有必要建立现代企业制度,从产权制度和管理制度两方面改革以实现可持续发展。
Viewed from the development phases of family enterprises, family enterprises completed the primitive accumulation of capital by making use of their advantages at the beginning of their establishment, but with the expansion of enterprises scale, there appeared many problems, which stopped them from further development. Family enterprises should establish modern corporation system and reform in both property system and management system in order to achieve the sustainable development.<P>
