摘要
提出了基于数学形态学原理的图像处理方法应用于投影栅线法三维(3 D)形貌测量中。根据投影投影栅线法的栅像图像条纹具有明显方向性的特点,设计了新的形态学方法结构元素和采用以灰度和二值数学形态学方法为基础的局部、组合图像处理技术。实验结果验证了新方法对投影栅线法栅像图中的耀斑、高频噪点的消除和栅线重叠等的处理都有显著效果,尤其适合于对圆滑表面的处理。
New methods of image processing were proposed based on morphoogy principle applied in tree dimension projected grating profilometry.Morphology structure element,partial and combinationhandling image processing technique were designed based on gray and binary morphology method.Experimental results validated that the new methods have notable effect in suppressing shine point and high frequency noises,accentuating the feature of grating,especially for processing saponaceous surface.
