摘要
为评价二氧化氯发生器生产的二氧化氯对饮用水消毒效果及卫生安全性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验对二氧化氢发生器工作1h后生产的二氧化氯消毒液进行消毒效果和毒性及消毒后水质理化指标的检测。结果,含1.0mg/L二氧化氯该消毒液作用3min,对水中大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100%;温度和浑浊度对杀菌效果的影响不明显;消毒后水的理化指标符合《生活饮用水卫生规范》的标准。毒理学实验结果显示,该二氧化氯消毒液口服对小鼠LD_(50)>10000mg/kg体重,属无毒级,弱蓄积毒性,对大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用。
In order to evaluation the efficacy of chlorine dioxide produced by chlorine dioxide generator in disinfection of drinking water and its health safety, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal experiment were used to examine the disinfection efficacy and toxicity of chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution produced by operation of chlorine dioxide generator for 1 h and the physicochemical parameters of water quality after disinfection. The results showed that the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 1.0 mg/ L with a 3 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli in water. Temperature and turbidity did not influence the germicidal efficacy significantly. The physicochemical indices of the water after disinfection met the 'Sanitary Standards of Drinking Water'. The results of toxicological experiment showed that the mouse oral LD50 of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution was >10 000 mg/ kg, so it is non-toxic and has weak cumulative toxicity. It did not induce micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes of rat bone marrow.
