摘要
我国水资源短缺已严重影响国民经济和社会的可持续发展与人民群众生活水平的提高。为此 ,在经济发展中要充分考虑水资源的承受能力 ,大力发展节水型经济 ,以面向生态经济的观念来开发利用和管理水资源 。
The shortage of water resources in our country has already influenced the sustainable development of national economy and society, as well as the advancement in living stardard of people.Theorfore, it is very important to fully consider the capability of the water resources during economic development,and enforce water-save economy greatly, come to utilize and manage the water resources based on the underslanding of ecological economy. This paper discusses the principle and suggested countermeasure system of sustainable utilization and management of water resource based on ecology.
