摘要
激光技术能提高鸡的孵化率及雏鸡的成活率,增强鸡的抗病力及免疫力,国内外已有报道。本研究表明,适量激光照射种蛋,对鸡免疫细胞内的某些酶活性,如对生物氧化及电子传递有关的 NAD 黄递酶;对能量代谢氧化磷酸化有关的 ATP 酶及对细胞内消化有关的酸性非特异性酯酶,均有促进作用,并随日龄成长有逐渐增强之势,从差异不显著、差异显著到差异极显著.激光对雏鸡脾内浆细胞及外周血中 T、B 淋巴细胞的数量,淋巴细胞的尾足及伪足的形成,血中的抗体效价均有促进作用,虽然雏鸡的免疫系统尚处于幼稚阶段,但差异极显著。激光对不同日龄鸡免疫器官免疫细胞内的核酸反应,对育成鸡及产蛋鸡淋巴细胞母细胞化的转变率,对育成鸡抗体的效价及最高效价的鸡数,差异极显著,并能延缓抗体效价下降。对淋巴细胞转移因子中氨基酸的含量及各组分柱层析的峰值亦有提高作用,产蛋鸡的峰值差异极显著。上述结论阐明了激光能增强鸡免疫力的机理。另外激光还能促进鸡的胚胎发育,增加母鸡血浆内的孕酮及雌二醇含量,为养鸡业的发展提供了科学依据。
Eggs were radiated by laser of moderate deusity before incubation.The laser freatment has an influence on the young chickens,It increased the nu- mber of plasmacytes in the spleen,T and B cell number of the peripheral bl- ood.It also enhauced the formation of pseudopodia or tailopodia of lymphoc- ytes and the antibodylevel in the serum. Laser treatment has a significant influence on the mature and the bearing ——hens,for example,on the NADHD ATPase and ANAE in the lymphocyt- es and monocytes of the peripheral blood;on the reaction of DNA and RNA of the plasmacytes in the immune organs;on the transfering of lymphocytse to blastocytes;on raising antibody level in the serum;on maintaining slow descent of the antibody—tiler;on raising peak value of transfer—factor of the spleen. The aboye results suggested the mechanism for the increased immunog- enicity of the chickens treated by laser.
