摘要
观察30例单侧声门固定患者喉肌电图,结果表明喉肌电图有助于声门固定鉴别诊断,神经病理肌电反应提示喉运动神经损伤,正常肌电反应表示病变可能属环构关节损伤。喉肌电图并证实了临床喉镜判断,故可根据构状软骨运动情况进行声门固定初步鉴别诊断。
Laryngeal electromyographic investigation of 30 patients withunilateral vocal cord immobility was performed. The results illustrated thatlaryngeal electromyography could help the differential diagnosis of glotticimmobility. Neuropathic electrical activities indicated lesion of the recurrentlaryngeal motor nerve. Normal motor unit potentials showed the possible existenceof the injury of cricoarytenoid joint. Laryngeal electromyography confirmed theclinical diagnosis of glottic immobility by indirect laryngoscopy. Glotticdismobility can be diagnosed by the state of rotatory movements of the arytenoid.
