摘要
新经济条件下企业必须重塑自己的文化,构建起既能有效管理与刺激企业,又能适宜地约束企业,具有个性化特征的新型管理模式。通过企业文化管理模式的建构,认为企业文化管理是由内外多重具体和抽象的环境因素所构成的运行模式。各因素间相互影响、相互作用、相互渗透,最终融会整合成为适宜自我发展,具有一致价值观的协调合作体系。
Under the new economic conditions enterprises have to restructure their own culture and set up an individualistic new management mode that stimulates effective management of enterprises and checks them as well. This paper maintains that the enterprise culture management is in fact an operation mode composed of multilevel internal and external concrete and abstract factors which interact with one another and are integrated into a coordinating system with uniformed values that contribute to the appropriate self development.
