摘要
调查某炼油厂接触低浓度混苯(苯、甲苯和二甲苯)作业工人的免疫状况。发现在低浓度混苯作业环境下,工人外周血的白细胞计数及淋巴细胞百分率均在正常值范围内,但白细胞吞噬细菌百分率及 ANAE 阳性率明显下降。接触低浓度混苯的时间与机体免疫功能改变的程度之间不存在时间—效应关系。我们认为上述两项指标可作为检测接触低浓度混苯作业工人免疫功能早期变化的较灵敏的观察指标。
Results show that both the leucocyte count and the lymphocyte percentage in per- ipheral blood of the workers studied are in normal range,but comparing with control group,the ANAE positive rate and the percentage of leucocyte phagocytosis are sign- ificantly low(P<0.05),No time—effect relation was found between the change in immunity function and the exposure time.The ANAE positive rate and the percentage of leucocyte phagocytosis are thought to be early sensitive indexes for monitoring the immunity function of the workers exposuring to low concentration mixed benzenes.
