摘要
茚三酮反应能定性和定量测定氨基酸,该反应受 pH 影响很大。为了提高检测灵敏度和准确性,我们观察了21种氨基酸与茚三酮在不同 pH(pH 3～12)条件下的呈色反应和吸收光谱,确立了氨基酸与茚三酮反应的最适 pH。
Ninhydrin reaction is used in determination of amino acids qualitatively or quan- titatively,and is influenced by pH greatly In order to make reaction more active and exact,we observed the color reactions of ninhybrin with twenty one amino acids and absorption spectrum at pH 3～12.Optimum pH for reactions of ninhydrin with amino acids was established.
