摘要
寄生杂草五角菟丝子(Cuscuta Pentagona)是重要的检疫对象。它主要分布美国,对豆类作物造成危害。其种子大小,色泽和外形,与菟丝子(C.chinensis)、欧州菟丝子(C.europaea)、南方菟丝子(C.australis)、田野菟丝子(C.campestris)、沼泽菟丝子(C.gronouii)等种相似,用常规方法,难以作出正确鉴定。扫描电子显微镜技术的应用,为微小种子的特征鉴定,提供了条件。
The seed coad surface of C.pentagona was observed under SEM.The main results obtainedare as follows:Hilum is collar-shaped and its hilum-rim gully broad.Cells of hilum-rim arc radiativcly ar-ranged with yarn-like appearance.Spcrmodcrm surface shows the pattern of reticulate on which there aretuberculate or yarn-like structure.The surface characteristics of seeds may be considered as the basis foridentification of dodder species.
