摘要
目的 总结分析髁状突骨折保守及手术治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾分析近 8年来我院 41例髁状突骨折治疗情况。结果 髁状突骨折保守及手术治疗总体上疗效满意 ,但是仍存在各自不足。结论 髁状突骨折应根据患者年龄。
Objective To summarize the experience of conservative and surgical treatment of condylar fractures. Methods 41 cases with condylar fracture were treated and followed up from 1994 to 2002 in our hosipital. Results The effects were satifactory in all the cases, but every method had different disadvantages. Conclusion According to age and position of fracture, the treatmentfor condylar fractures should be chosen individually.
