摘要
目的 研究抗钙调素抗体对细胞增殖作用的影响。方法 将L92 9细胞接种于 96孔培养板 ,加入不同浓度的抗钙调素抗体 ,培养 4 8h后 ,用MTT法检测细胞增殖情况。结果无抗钙调素抗体的细胞对照组不显示细胞增殖效应 ,与细胞对照组比较 ,不同浓度的抗牛脑钙调素抗体均可抑制L92 9细胞的增殖。
Objective It is to study the influence of anti-CaM antibody on cell proliferation reaction. Methods L929 cells were inoculated in 96-pit culture medium lamina. Different concentrations of anti-CaM antibody were added. After 48 hours, the cell proliferation condition was detected with MTT technique. Results The cell proliferation effect was not showed in control group in which there was not anti-CaM antibody cell. Compared with control group, different concentrations of anti-CaM antibody all could inhibit the proliferation of L929 cell. Conclusion Anti-CaM antibody can inhibit the cell proliferation.
