摘要
目的 探讨原发性蛛网膜下腔出血并发症的原因及预防治疗。方法 分析 6 3例原发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床资料 ,并结合文献进行讨论。结果 原发性蛛网膜下腔出血并发再出血、脑血管痉挛及脑积水的机率较高 ,且上述并发症的发生有其相应的原因及防治方法。
Objective\ To investigate the causes and preventive treatmeat against complications caused by primary subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods\ Clinical records of 63 patients with SAH were analysed and discussed with reference of other documents. Results\ There was a high incidence of hemorrhage.cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus caused by SAH with correlated reasons ,and all these complications could be prevented and treated. Conclusion\ The complications of SAH are critical in its prognosis.
