摘要
目的 观察及评价复合益生菌制剂 (海生元 )对长航核潜艇艇员内分泌功能的调节作用。方法 同一艘长航训练核潜艇艇员分为“海生元”用药组 (5 2人 )和未用药组 (5 7人 )。未出航组 (对照组 ,5 0人 )艇员来自另一艘未长航的核潜艇。于长航前后采用RIA法检测各组艇员内分泌功能指标。结果 (1)甲状腺轴激素 :航后未用药组FT3水平低于而TSH水平高于航前和未出航组 ,FT4 低于航前 (P <0 .0 5 )。航后用药组FT3、FT4 水平高于而TSH低于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )肾上腺轴激素 :航后未用药组COR水平低于而AII、ALD水平高于航前和未出航组 (P<0 .0 5 )。航后用药组COR非常明显高于未用药组 (P <0 .0 1) ,明显高于本组航前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;ALD亦明显高于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (3)性激素 :航后未用药组T水平低于而E2 水平高于航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 )。航后用药组T高于而E2 低于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (4 )应激反应相关激素 :航后未用药组血管内皮素 (ET)水平较航前和未出航组升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。航后用药组ET明显低于未用药组 ,但高于未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 复合益生菌制剂可从多个层面对长航核潜艇艇员内分泌功能进行调节 。
Objective To observe and evaluate the regulatory action of complex-probiotic preparation(Hai Sheng Yuan)on the endocrine function of long term voyage sailors in nuclear-powered submarine.Methods The subjects were divided into preparation-taken group, preparation-non-taken group,and control group (came from another nuclear-powered submarine which was not on training voyage). The indexes of the sailors’endocrine function were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results (1) Thyroid axis hormones:After long term voyage, the level of FT 3 and FT 4 in preparation-taken group were higher while TSH was lower than those in preparation-non-taken group (P<0.05). After voyage,the level of FT 3 in preparation-non-taken group was lower while TSH was higher than before voyage and that in control group(P<0.05);the level of FT 4 was only lower than before voyage(P<0.05).(2)Adrenal axis hormones:After voyage,the level of COR in preparation-taken group was higher than that in preparation-non-taken group (P<0.01) and before voyage (P<0.05); the level of ALD in taken group was also higher than that in non-taken group (P<0.05). After voyage, COR in preparation-non-taken group was lower while AII and ALD were higher than before voyage and that in control group(P<0.05).(3)Gonad hormones:After long term voyage, the level of T in taken group was higher while E 2 was lower than that in non-taken group(P<0.05).In non-taken group,the level of T was lower while E 2 was higher than before voyage and that in control group(P<0.05).(4)Stress reaction related hormones:After voyage,the level of ET in taken group was lower than that in non-taken group but higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In non-taken group, the level of ET after voyage was higher than before voyage and that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The complex probiotic preparation had multiple regulatory actions on the endocrine function of sailors in nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage.
