摘要
本文报道亚氨二羧酸二乙酯(1)在固/液相转移催化下,直接进行N-烷基化反应的方法。作用物(1)在DMF中经碳酸钾处理,然后使之与种种烷基化试剂,如:氯乙酸甲酯、氯乙腈、1,3二溴丙烷,+x,x′二氯对二甲苯等,按方法A,B或C反应。生成的N-烷基化产物均经过元素分析和光谱鉴定。
This paper reports a convenient one pot method for the N-alkylation of diethyl iminodicarbonate. Diethyl iminodicarbonate was treated with potassium carbonate in DMF under solid-Liquid phase transfer condition and the reaction mixture was then allowed to react with various alkylating agents, such as methyl chloroacetate, chloroacetonitrile, 1,3-dibromopropane and a,a'—dichloro P—xylene, by methods A,B or C. The products obtained are characterized by elemental analyses and spectra data.
