摘要
从目前职业教育的概念,难以找出职业教育的本质属性,职业教育的定义存在外延过大的缺陷。职业教育的定义应有自身的逻辑起点,即完成一个人的初始职业化,这是职业教育的本质属性与特征。把职业教育作为一个人社会化过程的一个环节,比作为学校正规专业教育的一种类型更确切。学校正规专业教育能否完成初始职业化,取决于它所创设的教育环境与工作岗位的接近程度。
There exist a great disfigurements in the external expansion in the definition of vocational education, so it is difficult to find out the internal attribution of it.The definition of vocational education
should have its own logical startpoint--that is,it can complete a person's originated professionization.
This is the internal innotation and characteristis of vocational education.As a link in the process of socialization of person, vocational education is more accurate than specialty education.Whether the originated vocational education be completed or not depends on the level of approach between created atmosphere in schools and the proximity to the post.
