摘要
大中型水库、灌区水资源严重浪费,水资源的缺乏程度愈发加剧,大批水利供水工程配套不全,老化失修,效益衰减。本文分析了朔州市大中型水利工程的现状,并提出相应的对策建议,即强化水资源统一管理,明确水权,加快水管单位改革。
In this paper,the present situation of large and medium reservoirs and ir rigation districts in Shuozhou City is analyzed as followed:shortage,pollution and loss of water resources,low water price and low water fee collection fee rate,and aging,despair and incompl ete corollary facilities of water pr ojects.Finally,the corresponding countermea-sures such as strengthening the unif ied management of water resources,m aking water rights clear and fasteni ng the reform of water management units are put forward.
