摘要
目的 :评价股骨近端带锁髓内钉 (ProximalFemoralNail,PFN)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法 :从 1999～ 2 0 0 2年 45例股骨粗隆间骨折 ,按Jensen’s分型 ,Ⅰ型 14例 ,Ⅱ型 13例 ,Ⅲ型 14例 ,Ⅳ型 4例。经闭合复位 ,C臂监视下穿针。结果 :病人 2～ 3周下地活动 ,随访 6个月 45例 ,随访 1年 40例 ,1例拉力钉切出股骨头 ,按照X线评定标准 ,97.8%病人疗效满意。结论 :PFN治疗股骨粗隆间骨折 ,疗效满意。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of proximal femoral nail (PFN) in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods:Forty-five cases of intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with PFN from 1999 to 2001.According to Jensen's classification system,there were 14 cases of type Ⅰ,13 cases of type Ⅱ,14 cases of type Ⅲ and 4 cases of type Ⅳ.The results were observed after closing reduction,and percutaneous pinning fixation.Results:All cases left bed within 2～3 weeks.They were followed up for 6 months,and 40 cases for 1 year.Dynascrew cutout of femoral head occurred in 1 case,97.8 percent of patients obtained excellent results by X-ray standards.Conclusions:PFN has obvious therapeutic effects for comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture.
