摘要
“危机”无处不在,而且常常威胁企业的生存。对一个企业来说,建立一个完善的管理机制,从容地应对和处理“危机”给企业带来的危害,是企业在生态系统中能够生存、应变、发展的重要保证。
Crises' exist everywhere and frequently threaten the survival of an enterprise. For an enterprise, it is an essential guarantee for an enterprise to survive, adapt itself and develop in the ecological system if it estblishes a complete management system and composedly encounters and handles the harms brought about by 'crises'.
