摘要
该文根据党的十六大关于“全面建设小康社会”概念的阐明、目标的确立、阶段的明确,论述了在全面建设小康社会进程中文化自觉的必然性、必要性、规律性,以及文化自觉的各方面的性质、作用等,以把握全面建设小康社会中文化发展的鲜明特色。
In the 16th Conference of the Chinese Communist Party, the concept'to Construct a Well-off Society'is put forward and expounded; its stages are divided, and its goal is set up as well. According to this concept, the present paper mainly expounds the inevitability, the necessity and the regularity of the culture consciousness in the developing process of a well-off society, explaining its essence and function and displaying its distinctive characteristics.
