摘要
本文针对民事审判活动中所存在的证人出庭作证难的问题,分析了我国证人出庭作证制度及其运作的现状和成因,并提出了完善证人出庭作证的司法保障机制的设想。
This article discusses the problem that it is hard for witness toshow in the court during civil action, analyses the system of witness and the present conditions and the causes of its function, posts the idea about the perfection of the legal protection system of witness in court.
