摘要
本文基于数据包络分析(DEA)方法、结合定量和定性分析,给出了一种较为有效的人力资本评价方法。在建立人力资本评价模型的基础上,本文以一个案例研究了企业间人力资本使用的相对有效性。
This paper provides a method of evaluation of human resource on the basis of DEA. The method, which combines the qualitative analysis with quantities analysis, is more useful because it is objective, accurate and practical. Furthermore, an example is given to evaluate the relative efficiency of human capital between enterprises as an end.
