摘要
风险投资是促进高新技术产业化的一条有效途径 ,但现阶段我国的风险投资在筹资设立、投资运作、撤资退出等具体运作程序中存在许多法律障碍 ,制约了风险投资业的发展 ,因此需要加强相关法律法规体系的完善。
Venture capital is an actual way in prompting the industrialization of new-high technology. But now in our county's venture capital, there are many law obstacle in the process of financing instauration, invest function and financing remove. All these restrict the development of venture capital. So we need to strength the consummation of our law system.
