摘要
从确立大学核心理念的根据入手,讨论了高科技时代的人才模式及其对大学理念的影响。指出,根据高科技发展的特点和由此而来的人才模式的变化,研究逐渐成为大学的核心理念,高科技时代的大学应当是研究型大学。在此基础上,提出了推进制度创新、创办我国研究型大学的基本思路。
At present, the universities play more and more important roles in the development of the society, the issue of how to develop desirable universities that conform to the rapid progress of the time has been brought into discussion among academic circles, government and common people. Among all other arguments, one debating issue is about the notion of the development of a university. With this issue as a starting point, this paper will analyze the mode of talent cultivation and its significant influence on the notion of interpreting a university. Then the author puts forward that the universities in the time of high-technology should be research-oriented. Finally the author draws an outline of how to promote a system innovation and build up research-oriented universities in China.
