摘要
采用Cobb Douglas生产函数模型,对海南省建省以来政策与技术进步贡献率、资金的贡献率以及劳动的贡献率进行了测算,结果表明海南省技术的贡献率较低,将严重制约经济的发展。概要分析了如何提升技术贡献率以及如何保持资金贡献率优势的相关措施,对揭示海南经济的长期增长,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
The paper, by using the CobbDouglass Production Function Model, examines the contribution rate of policy & technological progress, of fund, and of labor respectively in Hainan Province since 1988. The results show that the contribution rate of technology in Hainan has been rather low, which will badly restrict the growth of local economy. Therefore, the authors propose measures as how to improve the technology contribution rate while maintaining the prevailing predominance of fund contribution rate, in an attempt to lend reference to the study and practice of the long term economical growth of Hainan Province.
