摘要
通过分析一级市场IPO定价过程,认为股票的内在价值、中介机构的声誉、新股的发行数量以及二级市场的实际供求关系等是影响新股定价的主要因素,也是对新股进行科学、合理定价的依据。
Through analyzing the pricing process of IPO in primary market, this paper presents that the intrinsic value of stocks, reputation of intermediaries, amount of IPO, as well as the supply and demand relationship in the secondary market are the main factors influencing new share pricing. These factors are also the bases of scientific and reasonable pricing for the new shares.
