摘要
以轴和弹簧的多种失效模式的可靠性求解为实例,主要介绍并分析了在多种失效模式相关时,O.Ditlevsen可靠性理论和零件多模相关可靠性理论的区别,并比较后得出它们各自不同的特点。相对于O.Ditlevsen可靠性理论,零件多模相关可靠性理论计算方法简单、计算精度提高、使用范围扩大。
With the reliability of multifailure modes of shaft and spring as the practical examples to seek solutions, the paper mainly introduces and analyzes the differences between the O.Ditlevsen theory and the part multifailure modes correlation reliability theory when multifailure modes are related. Their own characteristics are obtained after comparing. Being relative to O.Ditlevsen reliability theory, the computing method of using the part multifailure modes relevant reliability theory is simple so that the calculation precision is raised and the scope of application is expanded.
