摘要 以轴和弹簧的多种失效模式的可靠性求解为实例,主要介绍并分析了在多种失效模式相关时,O.Ditlevsen可靠性理论和零件多模相关可靠性理论的区别,并比较后得出它们各自不同的特点。相对于O.Ditlevsen可靠性理论,零件多模相关可靠性理论计算方法简单、计算精度提高、使用范围扩大。 With the reliability of multifailure modes of shaft and spring as the practical examples to seek solutions, the paper mainly introduces and analyzes the differences between the O.Ditlevsen theory and the part multifailure modes correlation reliability theory when multifailure modes are related. Their own characteristics are obtained after comparing. Being relative to O.Ditlevsen reliability theory, the computing method of using the part multifailure modes relevant reliability theory is simple so that the calculation precision is raised and the scope of application is expanded.
