摘要
数字城市建设是一项复杂的系统工程,需要做好规划,解决管理、制度、标准以及必须的关键技术等问题。文章在分析了数字城市建设目标和内容的基础上,探讨了数字城市建设的基本原则,提出了数字城市建设的具体实施方案。
The construction of digital city is a complicated and systemic project which needs a good plan, and the problems such as management, rule, criterion and key technique must be solved. On the base of analyzing the aim and content of digital city, the paper put forward the fundamental principles and concrete measures to build it.
