摘要
从目前高等学校图书馆工作人员的素质状况出发,探讨了在新形势下工作人员应具备的素质,并提出了培养和提高工作人员素质的几个措施,以促进图书馆事业跟上时代形势的发展变化,发挥其更大的作用。
Based on the quality of the staffs in the college library at present,what qualities the staffs should have under the new situation are discussed.Then,several measures about how to train the staffs and improve the qualities of them are put forward to promote the library to keep up with the trend of the development and to develop more functions of the libraries.
