摘要
目的 通过AMD视功能损害的检测,探索对AMD的早期诊断、治疗的新思路。方法分别采用全自动视野仪、视觉电生理仪、眼底照相及数字图像处理系统进行检测。结果 18只眼AMD视野的LV值均有增加;电生理ERG b波延长,VEP振幅下降;FFA荧光素被染色及荧光增强斑点;ICG轻微荧光遮蔽及隐蔽的SRNVMs。选择14例18只眼作氩激光治疗,有10只眼玻璃膜疣被逐步吸收,视力得到不同程度的改善;8只眼SRNVMs被封闭。结论 通过对AMD多视功能检测,可较好地预见AMD发生的危险性,为AMD的早期诊断提供了有效的检测方法。对早期的AMD患者,采用激光治疗可取得较满意的疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To find a new idea of earlier diagnosis and treatment of age-related macular degeneration AMD by examination of the visual function damage. METHOD: The following equipments were introduced and the patients tested: automatic campimeter, instruments for examination visual electro-physiology, fundus fluorescein angiography and digital image processing system. RESULT: 18 eyes were examined, the value of MD and LV in visual field were increased, b wave in electro-physiologic ERG was extended, amplitude in VEP was declined, fluorescein in FFA was stained and the spots were clear, fluorescene and SRNVMS were blocked in ICG. 18 eyes selected from 14 patients were treated by argon laser, in 10 eyes the verruca of the hyaline body membrane were absorbed gradually and visual function improved, in 8 eyes the SENVMS were blocked. CONCLUSION: By the multi-visual-function examination the risk factor of the age-related macular degeneration can be early detected . The early stage AMD may be effectively treated by argon laser.
