电力系统切机/切负荷紧急控制方案的研究 被引量:40

A NEW METHOD FOR GENERATION SHEDDING AND LOAD SHEDDING IN POWER SYSTEM EMERGENCY CONTROL

摘要 提出了一种电力系统紧急控制中寻找切机/切负荷方案的新方法,该方法将非线性系统稳定域边界理论与稳定控制措施结合起来,通过控制措施所引起的系统平衡点的位移在稳定域边界外法向量方向上的投影来表征控制措施的有效性。在此基础上,运用线性化方法使控制方案的非线性搜索过程线性化,从而在保证结果准确性的前提下,使计算量大大下降。仿真结果表明,该方法对于在线构造对策表、形成紧急控制方案具有实际的应用意义。 A new method for seeking the scheme of generation shedding (GS) and load shedding (LS) in the emergency control of power system is proposed. The method is based on the theory of stability boundary of nonlinear systems, combining with the stability control measures. It reflects the validity of an operation through the projection of the displacement of equilibrium point on the direction of the vertical vector of stability boundary. Furthermore, the linearization technique is used in searching for GS/LS scheme to reduce calculation burden. The simulation result proves that the method developed is feasible for the online construction of emergency control strategy.
