摘要
在以黄铜矿为原料生产硫酸铜的工艺中 ,浸取后的硫酸铜母液中铁的含量约为 14~ 18g/L ,这严重影响了硫酸铜的结晶和质量 ;而经过本工艺处理后铁的含量可降至 0 .0 1g/L以下。工艺分为两步进行 ,第一步 ,先用氨水调pH =1.5左右 ,且在反应过程中保持溶液pH值在 1.0~ 1.5之间 ,温度在 90~ 95℃之间 ,用活性炭、亚硝酸钠作为催化剂 ,用空气氧化 ,反应 3h ,生成黄铵铁矾 ,进行初步除铁 ;过滤分离出黄铵铁矾 ,第二步在pH =1.8~ 2 .2用H2 O2 氧化剩余的Fe2 +至Fe3 +,进一步除铁 ,并升温至 85~ 90℃之间 ,反应 3h ,除铁率达 99%以上 ,溶液中铁小于 0 .0 1g/L。
In the technology of producting copper sulfate with brass mine as raw material, the content of iron in the acid leaching liquid is about 14~18?g/L,which affacted the crystallization and quality of copper sulfate seriously.A novel method for iron removal has been established.The content of iron may fall down to 0.01?g/L.The technology is divied into two steps:First,adjust pH=1.5 with ammonia,and keep it between 1.0 and 1.5,temperature at 90~95?℃ in the whole reaction course,with activated carbon and sodium nitrite as catalyst,air as oxidizer for 3 hours to produce jarosite under the mentioned conditions.Second,at 80~85?℃ and pH=1.8~2.2, further iron removal can be achieved by adding H 2O 2 to the liquid.After reacting for 3 hours,the ratio of iron removal can be reached up to over 99% and the content of iron in the solution can fall down to 0.01?g/L.
