摘要
试验组和对照组选择黑黄一、二代,西黄一、二代及本地黄牛5个小组,每组5头,共50头进行去势肥育及屠宰试验。结果:日增重以试验组西黄二代最高,达748.5 g,其排列为西黄二代>西黄一代>黑黄二代>黑黄一代>当地黄牛。西黄二代、西黄一代比黑黄二代、黑黄一代和本地黄牛饲料报酬高。在对照组(群众一般饲养水平下),西黄一代、黑黄一代明显优于西黄二代、黑黄二代和本地黄牛。在肥育及屠宰试验中,试验组杂种牛屠宰率和眼肌面积均高于本地黄牛,肉成分中干物质、蛋白质、灰分优于本地黄牛。
Experiment of finishing and slaughtered of cross-bred castrated cattle of Simmental(S) and Holstein(H) with indigenous(YC) yellow cattle(Y) was tested in Huangyuan country of Qinghai province. The results showed that body weight and average daily gain of 21- month-old crossbred cattle of Simmental and Hosltein with indigenous yellow cattle were 62.5 kg (S譟)F1, 67.4 kg (S譟)F2, 55.2 kg (H譟)F1, 60 kg (H譟)F2, 45.3 kg (YC), and 693.3 g, 748.9 g, 613.3 g, 666.7 g, 505.6 g respectively in three months of finishing period. The dry matter, crude protein and ash of meat component and dressing percentage, eye muscle area of crossbred cattle, were better than indigenous yellow cattle.
