摘要
基于断裂力学理论,确定了含横向裂纹转轴结构的柔度,采用呼吸裂纹模型推导了旋转坐标系中转轴的运动微分方程,利用Floquet理论分析求解了转子运动的稳定性区域,研究了横向开式裂纹与呼吸裂纹对转子稳定性的影响,以及转子在裂纹深度发生变化时的动力学稳定性。研究结果表明,当转轴含有横向裂纹时,其失稳转速由单一失稳转速变为多个转速值,形成失稳区,且失稳区域出现在量纲一转速为2/1、2/2、2/3等处。
Based on the theory of fracture mechanics,the flexibility of shafts with a transverse crack is deter-mined. Using the model of breathing crack, the differen-tial equation of rotor motion in rotating coordinates is de-duced. The stability regions of the rotor are analyzed byemploying the Floquet's theory. The effects of open andbreathing cracks on the stability of the rotor are studied,and the dynamical stability of the rotor with a transversecrack in different depth is also studied. It is indicated thatdue to the transverse crack the unstable rotational speedis changed from a single value into unstable domains andthe unstable regions appear at the dimensionless rotation-al speeds,Ω/ω_o,= 2/1, 2/2, 2/3 and so on.
